Later she met Rod and they have been Married since 2002! In 2009 Rod & Jen moved to a 430-acre horse farm and cared for over 22 pleasure and performance horses until 2014. During that time, they also began a Canine Rescue Organization in 2010 called Pregnant Dog Rescue. They both helped save thousands of homeless and mistreated animals until they closed their doors in 2022. It was during their time rescuing dogs that they discovered the Sphynx Cat.

During one of the many trips to one of their veterinarians, they saw a litter of Sphynx Kittens at the clinic. They both fell in love with the breed and found their first Hairless kitty a few months later. They knew they had to share the joy and wonder that these wonderful little creatures provide with responsible pet guardians who would appreciate and value them as affectionate and engaged members of the family.

Since then, they added Maine Coons to the Cattery in 2022, and have been working with one of their favorite Veterinarians to produce sound and healthy kittens for many families Nationwide! Rod & Jen look forward to meeting you during our journey to provide you with your new best friend that you cannot live without! They are kind and caring folk who treat people well and are always there if you need anything.
